The nature of my degree course has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. For one course, [Management and Accounting], an understanding of the Accountant and Administrative industry was essential. I found this subject very stimulating.

• I have over 6 years in the customer service industry with over 3 years working as a coordinator.
• My ability to train new representatives as well as scheduling them for the benefit of the company is a huge asset.
• I can have calls transferred to me that a representative may be having a hard time dealing and I can make these customers feel that they are important while calming them down and offering them a solution that is both beneficial to the company as well as the customer.
