I would like to introduce myself as a versatile professional with over 15 years of rich experience in FMCG manufacturing in the domains of production, quality assurance, HSE and food safety with leading companies in Sudan.

My academic qualification as a graduate Chemical Engineer is richly complemented & enhanced by professional certifications including NEBOSH IGC, ISO 22000/HACCP Lead Auditor, HACCP/Food Safety Level 2/3 Awards, Energy Management System Auditor and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. I am a skilled practitioner of workplace HSE management including safety enforcement & education, workplace inspection, hazard analysis & risk mitigation, accident investigation and implementation of PTW systems. In the food manufacturing & processing area, I have sound competencies in implementing good manufacturing practices (GMP0, good hygiene practices (GHP) & good storage practices (GMP), housekeeping & pest control, product quality assurance, food safety & HACCP and process optimization. My experience includes independent management of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, cost & safety management ensuring achievement of all predefined business plan objectives.

Since May 2006 I am working with DAL Food – Sagya Investment Company, one of the largest & respected companies in the food manufacturing sector in Sudan. Starting as Quality Management Systems Coordinator, I gained promotion to Production Operation then Production Manager.
