My academic qualification as a graduate Chemical Engineer is richly complemented & enhanced by professional certifications including NEBOSH IGC, ISO 22000/HACCP Lead Auditor, HACCP/Food Safety Level 2/3 Awards, Energy Management System Auditor and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
I am a skilled practitioner of workplace HSE management including safety enforcement & education, workplace inspection, hazard analysis & risk mitigation, accident investigation and implementation of PTW systems.
In the food manufacturing & processing area, I have sound competencies in implementing good manufacturing practices (GMP0, good hygiene practices (GHP) & good storage practices (GMP), housekeeping & pest control, product quality assurance, food safety & HACCP and process optimization.
My experience includes independent management of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, cost & safety management ensuring achievement of all predefined business plan objectives.
Since May 2006 I am working with DAL Food – Sagya Investment Company, one of the largest & respected companies in the food manufacturing sector in Sudan. Starting as Quality Management Systems Coordinator, I gained promotion to Production Operation then Production Manager.
