The employment offer is for general practitioner Surgeonswith specialty in Obstetrics & Gynecology . Preference will be given to candidates having license from any medical council in California. Doctors with other states' licenses can likewise apply with confidence. Doctors living outside USA are not eligible.
You will be performing invasive medical procedures on patients, usually to correct a medical condition and responsible for:
• Order new tests to be performed by healthcare staff
• Keep the chart and patient information up to date with current test results and treatments
• Collect the patient’s medical history
• Educate patient and family in helping them make lifestyle changes that contribute to recovery and post op care.
• Experience in setting up sterile fields and assisting doctor with in office procedures, suture/staple removal as well as cast removal.
• Assist doctors with surgeries and non-invasive procedures.
• Function as office nurse, assist with pre-operative instructions, post-operative dressings and appointment scheduling, examinations.
• Perform processing of blood auto-transfusion and follow established procedures during surgery.
• Participate in emergency management operations with DA staff.
The ideal candidate should have license from the state of California with the following qualifications:
• 5 years of residency training in General Surgery
• Degree in medicine is essential
• MD or DO qualification
• Emotionally resilient with the ability to make patients feel at ease.
• Excellent decision-making skills and communication.
• Fantastic manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and visuospatial awareness.
• Completed U.S. Medical Licensing Examination
• 5 years of residency training in General Surgery
• Practicing experience in Escondido, California will be preferred.
