Roles & Responsibilities
Understanding Company policies / SOPs and working as per the agreed process
Organising Marketing / Commercial events and managing end to end process
New Vendor selection and handling relevant process to add this into the system
Tracking budget allocated v/s the spend for all the activities
Keeping a detailed tracker for all activities
Continuous follow up with the team for event closure
Follow up with Finance for the payment status of the HCPs, Vendors, Agency , …..
Conducting Management Monitoring for the events
Issuing tickets for International speaker
Supporting during Internal and external Audit for all the events handled
Working cross-functionally and escalating effectively issues at work
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate must have experience in admin role
- Must have organized or managed events alongwith marketing
