As the Marketing Manager at Shama Perfumes, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our luxury positioning. This includes leading marketing plans for new and existing product lines, optimizing e-commerce and digital marketing strategies, overseeing social media content creation, conducting market research on fragrance trends, collaborating on new product development, managing product launches, creating visually captivating content, developing loyalty programs, building strategic partnerships, and executing brand activations.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in luxury, beauty, or fragrance marketing. They should possess expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, social media management, market research, product lifecycle management, storytelling skills, project management skills, and proficiency in marketing analytics tools. Strong knowledge of the GCC market and global luxury trends is also required.
