We are currently seeking a dedicated Sustainability Performance Manager to join our team and drive our sustainability objectives forward.
As the Sustainability Performance Manager at KSIADC, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and driving sustainability-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all project phases. Reporting to the Director of Certification, you will ensure that sustainability initiatives are seamlessly integrated into design, construction, and operational processes while complying with international standards. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams, third-party certification bodies, and external stakeholders to promote sustainability awareness and track performance. Aviation infrastructure experience is highly preferred as you address the unique sustainability challenges of airport development.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and monitoring sustainability-related KPIs, ensuring compliance with international standards and certifications, managing relationships with third-party certification bodies, conducting risk assessments for sustainability initiatives, developing design and construction criteria manuals for assets, organizing workshops to raise awareness about sustainability initiatives internally, promoting achievements externally through marketing efforts, engaging with stakeholders to build partnerships aligned with sustainability objectives, and preparing detailed reports on sustainability performance for senior leadership.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or Sustainability (Master’s degree preferred), along with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in sustainability management within aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects. You should also have proven experience in KPI development, sustainability compliance, certification processes as well as familiarity with global standards such as LEED, WELL Envision and Mostadam. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities proficiency in reporting tools organizational skills knowledge of aviation-specific challenges are essential for success in this role.
