As a Project Director within our client's organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of large-scale projects, particularly high-end, high-rise residential developments. Your responsibilities will include leading project teams, managing budgets and financial planning, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering effective communication with stakeholders such as clients, architects, contractors, and local authorities. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 15 years of experience in real estate project management, with a focus on high-rise or luxury residential projects.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and technical skills related to construction methodologies and project management software. A minimum of 5 years of local UAE or GCC experience is required to navigate the regulatory landscape effectively. In addition to a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, a Master's degree or PMP certification would be advantageous. Personal attributes such as being detail-oriented, organized, and having excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
