As the Finance Manager you will play a key role in our global finance transformation, spearheaded by our newly appointed Chief Financial Officer. In this greenfield role, you will lead the ANZ arm of business reporting, partnering with business leaders to provide unique solutions, bridging the gap between people and finance. Day to day you will: Own business reporting for the ANZ region as part of TOA Global's internal finance team Assist in providing key analysis and insights, suggesting improvements for areas of weakness Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and build dashboards and develop new and engaging ways to present key data and reports Enable business leaders to make sound commercial decisions Review financial transactions, journals and balance sheet reconciliations Review payroll data and accuracy Support finance transformation and automation plans Enhance data accuracy and continuously find ways to effectively improve data efficiency Support and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes Work across multiple departments assisting them to manage debtors, create and manage metrics and prepare ad-hoc reports where required to help manage their financials Develop and document business processes Your qualifications and experience This opportunity could be an excellent next step for your career if you possess a natural inclination for thinking outside the box, enjoy connecting with people, and are recognized for challenging the status quo.
