About the Role:
As a Sr. Marketing Specialist at Eggdemy Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness and cultivating sustainable sales leads through various channels, including content management, online/offline events, private traffic management, and referrals management etc.
Social Media Management:
- Create and promote engaging content, particularly on platforms like RED, WeChat, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze key indicators reflecting content quality and user interest,and can create improvement strategy.
Event Management:
- Strategically plan and promote captivating on-site and online live stream events, both on-campus and across social media platforms.
- Take the lead in overseeing the entire process, skillfully managing key metrics, and conducting a comprehensive analysis to measure return on investment (ROI).
- Take the lead in other innovative marketing promotion initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a large marketing agency or corporate marketing firm.
- Possess a strong mindset for driving market growth, with a solid theoretical foundation, including a clear understanding of growth models like AARRR and AIDA, coupled with hands-on experience in implementing marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate an active, creative, and adaptable approach to learning and trying new things. Proactively generate ideas for developing and implementing marketing promotion campaigns.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to actively reach out to external resources to achieve marketing goals. Persistence is key, and you won't stop until the goals are reached.
- Exhibit a strategic understanding of market growth, showcasing efficiency, strong multitasking abilities, effective communication, and excellent planning and prioritization skills.
- Language fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must.
