You will provide key leadership by setting examples for safety practices on-site, ensuring safety minutes are documented, and enforcing compliance with the Policy and Procedures Manual. Supervising, mentoring, coaching, and training project personnel will also be part of your responsibilities to maintain high standards of performance across all levels.
