We are currently seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-end aspects of various projects undertaken by Harbour Hills Construction Management Inc. This includes establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with owners, architects, consultants, tradespeople, and the public. Your role will involve representing and promoting our services while ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the project.

In addition to managing project relationships, the Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Harbour Hills' Health and Safety Program. You will provide key leadership by setting examples for safety practices on-site, ensuring safety minutes are documented, and enforcing compliance with the Policy and Procedures Manual. Supervising, mentoring, coaching, and training project personnel will also be part of your responsibilities to maintain high standards of performance across all levels.

Key Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
