We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the overall multi-project management of all phases of construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, on-time delivery, and profitable project completion. This role requires financial acumen to control and maintain profitability across multiple projects by preparing and reviewing construction cost reports and forecasts. The Construction Project Manager will need to identify potential risks early on and develop effective plans to mitigate them.

The Construction Project Manager will work closely with Field Supervisors to coordinate all works effectively. This includes providing project management leadership, support, and problem-solving to ensure high-quality construction, efficient operations, and timely issue resolution related to scheduling, staffing, suppliers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders involved in the construction process.
