We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with the Development Team to coordinate communication between design, engineering, legal, and code consultants. They will evaluate, coordinate, and communicate site and building designs for feasibility among surveyors, construction teams, and Troika team members. The Construction Project Manager will also formulate work plans, develop cost estimates, project schedules, coordinate drawings from architects, and apply for building permits.

During the pre-construction phase, the Construction Project Manager will secure procurement for trades and manage budgets for various designs and construction options. They will establish final construction budgets in collaboration with the Development Manager and Senior Project Manager. Additionally, they will work closely with project superintendents and trades to prepare detailed logistics and staging plans. The Construction Project Manager will create final schedules for construction projects and complete construction packages including drawings, specifications, and upgrades.
