We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Construction Project Coordinator at W.S. Morgan Construction Limited, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers to facilitate the planning, coordination, and control of project activities. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and organizing job documentation, reviewing contract specifications, ensuring compliance with project requirements and budgets, as well as maximizing the utilization of resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Additionally, you will be responsible for awarding subcontracts, preparing monthly progress billing draws for projects, compiling manuals and warranty information upon project completion, and providing Estimating and Project Management support when needed.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to assist the Construction Manager and Project Managers as required. Flexibility is essential as travel to various job sites may be necessary (own transportation preferred but not mandatory). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments under different weather conditions. Other duties may be assigned based on project needs.
