They are looking for a highly skilled and accomplished Regional Financial Director to lead the finance team. You will collaborate closely with the Headquarters, shaping and executing financial strategies that align with the company's vision. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in optimizing resource allocation, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, and driving financial excellence within the dynamic landscape of luxury retail. We are looking for a seasoned financial leader with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution and interested in transforming a business. Responsibilities: Develop and oversee financial strategies aligned with the company's goals in the luxury retail sector Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure optimal resource allocation Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to guide executive decision-making and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures and enhance profitability Implement robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with industry regulations Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring efficient cash flow management and timely payments Lead financial reporting processes, providing accurate and timely reports to executive leadership and stakeholders Drive strategic financial initiatives to support business expansion and development Monitor market trends and economic indicators to assess potential impact on the industry and recommend adaptive strategies Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA certified Proven experience in strategic financial planning and execution in retail Strong leadership attributes and effectiveness in financial achievement Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
