Assistant Restaurant Manager – Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily operation of restaurants
• Manage a team of F&B staff to deliver high quality customer service
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained according to required standards
• Plan and organize F&B promotions and special events of different business units
• Preparing sales reports with data analysis and improvement suggestions for management
• Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in warm and friendly manner
• Handling customers’ enquiries and complains
Requirement
• Bachelor Degree holder in Business Management /Hospitality Management / Hotel
• 8 years or above of working experience in F&B with at least 5 years at managerial level
• Fine-dining experiences are highly preferred
• Need in depth knowledge of bar operations and behind the bar hand on experience as well
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented with good communication & problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, Excel)
• Late night work schedule
Employment visa will be provided to the candidate. Monthly package to match the experience.
