At SPG Consulting, a reputable multinational corporation located in Bangalore, we are currently seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile methodologies within our esteemed Global Finance Services Division. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in Agile practices, with at least 3 years dedicated to coaching and establishing Scrum frameworks. Proficiency in managing large-scale transformation projects, specifically in MDM, Data Quality, and Governance, is crucial for this role. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies while showcasing exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication abilities. Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, JIRA, and Azure DevOps is highly desirable. Preferred certifications include Scrum Master, Kanban, and PMP.
As a Scrum Master at SPG Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving product development initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment that thrives on Agile principles. Your responsibilities will include utilizing your extensive experience with agile methodology values to effectively plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Additionally, you must have proven expertise in Agile coaching and be adept at establishing Scrum frameworks within organizations. Engaging in project management tasks related to MDM projects while utilizing Scrum and other methodologies will be integral to your daily activities. You will also be responsible for conducting change impact analysis, defining project scope and goals, developing project plans, preparing communication guidelines, and implementing stakeholder communication strategies.
The successful candidate for this position must possess outstanding interpersonal skills along with strong leadership qualities to establish excellent working relationships within a corporate setting. Experience with Kanban and SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework), as well as certifications in Scrum Master and Kanban are essential requirements for this role. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred while additional finance and accounting experience would be advantageous. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps is expected along with the ability to implement best practices in Agile tools.
