We are hiring for the position of Relationship Manager at Infotech Service Provider. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
