As a Penasihat K3 Lokasi (Site HSE Advisor) at BlueWave Energy Contractors, you will be responsible for identifying hazards and assessing risks in the workplace while preparing control measures. Your duties will include overseeing compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures. Leading toolbox meetings and providing safety guidance before tasks commence will be crucial aspects of your role. You will review Job Safety Analysis (JSA) from contractors to ensure mitigation measures are implemented on-site. Additionally, recording incidents, near misses, conducting initial investigations, recommending improvements, coordinating with operations supervisors to halt unsafe work practices, compiling weekly HSE reports, monitoring audit findings follow-up actions, organizing emergency drills, and ensuring readiness of emergency response equipment will also fall under your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you must hold a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or equivalent fields with at least 3 years of experience as an HSE professional in industrial/energy projects. Proficiency in work permit systems (LOTO), confined space entry protocols, hot work procedures is essential. Possession of General Occupational Health and Safety Expert certification or its equivalent would be advantageous. Strong communication skills for field interaction and report writing are required along with experience in conducting internal inspections and audits. Flexibility to be stationed at project sites and work shifts when necessary as well as proficiency in office applications for reporting purposes are also key requirements.
