We are currently seeking a Supervisor Fasilitas Proses Pusat (CPF – Central Processing Facility) for our operations in Bojot, Banten, Indonesia. The role involves executing tasks according to company procedures, coordinating with relevant teams for workflow efficiency, preparing regular reports for superiors, maintaining orderly work documentation, suggesting process improvements, supporting project activities as needed, ensuring policy compliance, and completing job-related administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of related experience. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in computer usage, teamwork abilities, time management skills, and willingness to work on-site are essential qualifications for this role. Proficiency in coordination, administration, communication, time management, and reporting is highly desirable.
