As the Supervisor of the Gathering Station, your responsibilities will include executing tasks according to company procedures, coordinating with relevant teams for seamless workflow, preparing regular reports for superiors, maintaining organized work documentation, suggesting process improvements, supporting project activities as needed, ensuring policy compliance, and completing job-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in computer usage, teamwork abilities, time management skills, and willingness to be stationed at work locations are essential qualifications.
