We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Superintendent Operasi to join our team in Bengkulu, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities of this role include operating process facilities according to standard operating procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, reporting any abnormalities to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance teams during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and participating in safety briefings for each shift.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in process facility operations is advantageous. Candidates must have a solid understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols, be willing to work shifts, have excellent attention to detail when reading instruments, exhibit strong communication skills within a team setting, demonstrate discipline towards procedures, and be capable of maintaining detailed operational records.
