We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join us as K3 Migas (Health, Safety & Environment) in Gonilan, Central Java, Indonesia. The role involves identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, implementing controls, overseeing compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures. You will lead toolbox meetings, provide safety instructions before commencing work activities, review Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Task Risk Assessment (TRA) from contractors, record incidents and near misses for initial investigations and improvement recommendations.
The ideal candidate should hold at least a D3/S1 degree in Health & Safety Management, Engineering or equivalent fields with a minimum of 3 years' experience in HSE roles within industrial or energy projects. Proficiency in work permit systems such as LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), confined space entry regulations, hot work procedures is essential. Possessing a General Occupational Health & Safety Expert certificate would be advantageous. Strong communication skills for field interactions and report writing are required. The ability to conduct internal inspections and audits efficiently is crucial. Flexibility to work on-site at project locations and shift schedules when necessary is expected along with proficiency in office applications for reporting purposes.
