As a Koordinator SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations), you will play a crucial role in our operations by organizing simultaneous activity matrices and identifying potential work conflicts. You will lead daily coordination meetings across disciplines, establish work area boundaries, control access, monitor critical tasks during concurrent activities, document plan changes effectively, and communicate them clearly. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with HSE for additional mitigation measures, reporting SIMOPS status to site management, and halting activities in case of risk conflicts.
To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of experience in coordinating operations or construction of process facilities. Proficiency in SIMOPS procedures and risk management is essential. Strong communication skills for leading field meetings, the ability to read project schedules and work methods proficiently, willingness to work project shifts diligently, attention to detail in change documentation, and proficiency in office applications are key qualifications we seek.
