We are currently seeking a Field Operations & Production Operator to join our team in Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia. The responsibilities include operating process facilities following standard operating procedures (SOP), monitoring operation parameters, reporting any abnormalities to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and attending safety briefings per shift.
The ideal candidate should have an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications with experience in process facility operations as an added advantage. Understanding SOPs and workplace safety protocols is essential. Being detail-oriented in reading instruments, communicative within the team, disciplined in following procedures, capable of making operational notes are all crucial skills for this role.
