As a Production Engineering & Optimization team member at Meridian Petroleum Support, your responsibilities will include operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitoring operational parameters, making necessary adjustments, reporting any abnormalities to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, maintaining daily production records, coordinating with maintenance teams during disruptions, ensuring cleanliness in the work area, and participating in safety briefings for each shift.

To excel in this role, you should possess a diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering from SMK/D3 level. Previous experience in operating process facilities will be advantageous. A strong understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols is essential. You must be willing to work shifts, have a keen eye for reading instruments accurately, be able to communicate effectively with your team members, demonstrate discipline towards procedures, and have the ability to keep detailed operational records.
