We are currently seeking a diligent individual to join us as a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer at K3 Migas in Central Kalimantan, Palangkaraya, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and implementing necessary controls. Monitoring compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures will be key aspects of your duties. Leading toolbox meetings to provide safety guidance before commencing work activities is also crucial.

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should hold a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. With at least 3 years of experience in an HSE role within industrial or energy projects, you must possess knowledge of work permits systems, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), confined space protocols, and hot work practices. Strong communication skills for clear directives on-site and report writing abilities are essential. Your willingness to undergo internal inspections and audits along with readiness for project site placements and shift work when required will be valued.
