As a Field & Production team member at Atlas Energy Operations, you will be responsible for operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Monitoring operational parameters, making necessary adjustments, reporting any abnormal conditions to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data meticulously, coordinating with maintenance during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and attending safety briefings before each shift are key aspects of this role.
Ideal candidates for this position should possess at least an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications. Previous experience in process facility operations is advantageous. A solid understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols is crucial. The ability to work in shifts diligently, pay attention to instrument readings meticulously, communicate effectively within a team environment, uphold discipline towards procedures, and maintain detailed operational records are essential skills required for success in this role.
