We are currently seeking a talented Koordinator Shutdown / Turnaround to join our team in Indonesia, specifically in Central Kalimantan. The role involves preparing shutdown/turnaround plans and work lists, coordinating material, labor, and equipment needs, monitoring daily progress on-site, coordinating equipment isolation with operations, compiling progress reports and schedule deviations, managing contractors during busy periods of work, ensuring completion and handover of job documentation, as well as overseeing equipment handover to operations upon completion.

Ideal candidates for this position should hold a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in shutdown/turnaround projects. Proficiency in job planning and schedule control is essential along with the ability to read basic engineering drawings. Strong field coordination skills are required as well as a willingness to work overtime during peak periods. Candidates should be adept at creating daily reports and have experience working closely with contractors.
