As a Production Engineering & Optimization team member at Crescent Energy Support, you will be responsible for operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Your duties will include monitoring operational parameters, making necessary adjustments, reporting abnormal conditions to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data meticulously, coordinating with maintenance teams during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and participating in safety briefings before each shift.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent. Previous experience in process facility operations is highly valued. Understanding SOPs and workplace safety protocols is crucial. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented when reading instruments, possess excellent communication skills for effective teamwork coordination, demonstrate discipline in following procedures diligently, and have the ability to maintain accurate operational records.
