As a Supervisor K3 based in Banyuwangi, East Java, Indonesia, your primary responsibilities will include identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and implementing necessary controls. You will oversee compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, work permits, and daily safety procedures. Conducting toolbox meetings to provide safety guidance before commencing work activities will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will review Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Task Risk Assessment (TRA) from contractors to ensure field mitigation measures are in place.
To qualify for this position, you must hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or equivalent fields. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE professional in industrial/energy projects is required. Proficiency in work permit systems, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry protocols, and hot work practices is essential. Possessing a General K3 Expert certificate or its equivalent would be advantageous.
