We are currently seeking a Supervisor Operasi (Darat/Lepas Pantai) to join our team at various project sites across Indonesia, including East Java, Jombang. The primary responsibilities of this role include operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, reporting any abnormalities to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance teams during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and attending safety briefings at each shift change.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of SMK/D3 Teknik or equivalent qualifications. Previous experience in operating process facilities would be advantageous. A strong understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols is essential. Candidates must be willing to work in shifts, detail-oriented when reading instruments, have excellent communication skills for effective teamwork, exhibit discipline towards procedures, and be capable of maintaining operational records accurately.
