As a Field & Production Operations team member at BlueWave Energy Contractors, your responsibilities will include operating process facilities according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitoring operational parameters, reporting any abnormal conditions to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance teams during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and participating in safety briefings before each shift.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree from a technical school or equivalent (SMK/D3 Teknik), previous experience in operating process facilities is an added advantage. You must have a good understanding of SOPs and workplace safety practices, be willing to work shifts, possess attention to detail when reading instruments, be able to communicate effectively with team members, demonstrate discipline in following procedures, and have the ability to keep detailed operational records.
