We are currently seeking a dedicated HSE Operational professional to join our team in Indonesia, East Java, Madiun Lor (on-site/office as per project requirements). The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying hazards, assessing risks in the workplace, and implementing control measures. Monitoring compliance with personal protective equipment use, work permits, and daily safety procedures will be a key part of the role. Leading toolbox meetings and providing safety guidance before commencing work are essential tasks to ensure a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or equivalent fields. With at least 3 years of experience in an HSE role within industrial/energy projects, you must possess knowledge of work permits systems, LOTO (Lockout Tagout), confined space entry procedures, and hot work practices. Strong communication skills for clear directives on-site and report writing abilities are crucial. Being comfortable with conducting internal inspections and audits is necessary for this role. Willingness to be stationed at project sites and work shifts when required is also expected.
