The responsibilities include adhering to company procedures, coordinating with relevant teams for seamless workflow, preparing regular reports for superiors, maintaining organized work documentation, suggesting process improvements, supporting project activities as needed, ensuring policy compliance, and completing job-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in computer usage, teamwork capabilities, time management skills, and willingness to be stationed at the work location are essential qualifications.
