We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Operasi Lapangan & Produksi professional to join our team in Indonesia, Jakarta, Kedoya Selatan. The primary responsibilities of this role include operating process facilities following standard operating procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, reporting any abnormalities to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and participating in safety briefings for each shift.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualifications (SMK/D3), with previous experience in process facility operations considered a plus. Understanding SOPs and workplace safety protocols is essential for this role. Candidates must be willing to work shifts, detail-oriented in reading instruments, possess strong communication skills for effective teamwork, demonstrate discipline towards procedures, and have the ability to maintain accurate operation records.
