As part of our team in Indonesia, Lampung, Bandar Lampung (on-site or office as per project requirements), we are looking for a Maintenance & Reliability professional to join us. The role involves developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, creating work orders with estimated durations, analyzing equipment failure history for improvement proposals, coordinating spare parts needs with the warehouse, overseeing maintenance tasks execution on-site, updating CMMS post-job completion, compiling equipment performance reports, and supporting reliability enhancement programs.

The ideal candidate should possess a D3/S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance. Proficiency in CMMS systems and job planning is crucial. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate analytical skills in interpreting equipment manuals and failure data. Excellent coordination abilities with technicians along with a willingness to work on the field are essential. Proficiency in office applications is also required for this role.
