As part of our team in Indonesia, Maluku, Amahai, we are currently seeking a Production Engineering & Optimization professional to join us at our site or office based on project requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, making necessary adjustments, reporting any abnormalities to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data meticulously, coordinating with maintenance teams during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and attending safety briefings at every shift change.
The qualifications for this role include a minimum of an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent field. Previous experience in process facility operations is considered a plus. Candidates should have a solid understanding of SOPs and workplace safety practices, be willing to work in shifts, possess attention to detail when reading instruments, exhibit strong communication skills within the team, adhere strictly to procedures, and demonstrate the ability to maintain accurate operational records.
