As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a Maintenance & Reliability professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, creating work orders with estimated job durations, analyzing equipment failure history for repair recommendations, coordinating spare parts requirements with the warehouse, overseeing maintenance work execution, updating the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) post-task completion, compiling equipment performance reports, and supporting reliability improvement programs.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a D3/S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance. Proficiency in CMMS systems and job planning is essential. Strong analytical skills for interpreting equipment manuals and failure data are required. Excellent coordination abilities with technicians, willingness to work in the field environment, and proficiency in office applications are also necessary.
