We are currently seeking a SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) Coordinator to join our team in Tanjung Selor, North Kalimantan, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling simultaneous activity matrices, identifying potential work conflicts, leading daily coordination meetings across disciplines, setting work area boundaries, monitoring critical tasks during simultaneous activities, documenting plan changes, coordinating with HSE for additional mitigation measures, reporting SIMOPS status to site management, and halting activities in case of risk conflicts.

To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in coordinating operations or construction of process facilities. Proficiency in SIMOPS procedures and risk management is essential. Strong communication skills are required for leading field meetings effectively.
