We are currently seeking a Maintenance professional to join our team at our site/office in Indonesia, North Kalimantan, Tarakan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, creating work orders with estimated job durations, analyzing equipment failure history for repair proposals, coordinating spare parts requirements with the warehouse, overseeing maintenance work execution, updating CMMS post-job completion, compiling equipment performance reports, and supporting reliability improvement programs.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a D3/S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance. Proficiency in CMMS systems and job planning is essential. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read equipment manuals accurately, analyze failure data analytically, coordinate effectively with technicians, be willing to work in the field when required, and demonstrate proficiency in office applications.
