As a Koordinator SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations Coordinator) at RedRock Oilfield Contractors, your responsibilities will include compiling simultaneous activities matrices, identifying potential work conflicts, leading daily coordination meetings across disciplines, setting work area boundaries and access controls, monitoring critical tasks during simultaneous activities, documenting changes in work plans and communicating them effectively. You will also coordinate with HSE for additional mitigation measures, report SIMOPS status to site management, and halt activities if risk conflicts arise.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of experience in coordinating operations or construction of process facilities. Proficiency in SIMOPS procedures and risk management is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary for leading field meetings effectively. The ability to read project schedules and work methods accurately is crucial. Willingness to work project shift hours and meticulous record-keeping skills are also required. Proficiency in office applications is a must.
