We are currently seeking a dedicated Permit-to-Work Coordinator to join our team in North Sulawesi, Manado. The primary responsibilities of this role include verifying the completeness of work permits before commencing tasks, checking energy isolation and area securing according to permit requirements, coordinating work schedules with operations, maintenance, and contractors, archiving daily work permits while monitoring their validity, conducting on-site checks for actual conditions compared to permits, halting work if permit requirements are not met, compiling weekly compliance statistics and permit summaries, and assisting in familiarizing new workers with permit-to-work procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Engineering or equivalent qualifications with 2-4 years of experience managing permit-to-work systems in process facilities. Proficiency in LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), gas testing procedures, hazardous areas comprehension is essential. Strong attention to detail in document verification and cross-team communication is required. Additionally, the ability to read basic P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) will be advantageous. Candidates must be prepared to work in operational areas under direct supervision, comfortable using standard forms for meticulous record-keeping purposes, and exhibit disciplined adherence to procedures.
