We are currently seeking a Supervisor Operasi Lokasi to join our team in Indonesia, specifically in North Sumatra, Deli Serdang. The Supervisor will be responsible for operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, reporting any abnormalities to the supervisor, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and participating in safety briefings for each shift.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of SMK/D3 Teknik or equivalent qualifications with experience in operating process facilities being an added advantage. It is essential to have a good understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols, be willing to work shifts, possess meticulous attention to detail when reading instruments, be able to communicate effectively within the team, demonstrate discipline towards procedures, and have the ability to keep detailed operational records.
