We are currently looking for a Field & Production professional to join our team in Doloksanggul, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities of this role include operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, reporting any abnormalities to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and participating in safety briefings before each shift.

The ideal candidate should have at least an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification with experience in process facility operations being an added advantage. A strong understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols is crucial for this role. The ability to work shifts, attention to detail when reading instruments, good communication skills within a team setting, adherence to procedures, and proficiency in making operational notes are also essential requirements for this position.
