We are currently seeking a diligent HSE Advisor to join our team in Indonesia, specifically in North Sumatra, Katupadang. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting hazard identification and risk assessments in the workplace, overseeing compliance with PPE usage, work permits, and daily safety procedures, leading toolbox meetings, reviewing contractor JSA/TRAs for mitigation implementation, recording incidents and near misses while conducting initial investigations and recommending improvements. Additionally, coordinating with operations supervisors to halt unsafe work practices, preparing weekly HSE reports, monitoring audit findings follow-ups, organizing emergency response drills, and ensuring emergency equipment readiness are vital tasks for this position.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent fields with at least 3 years of experience as an HSE professional in industrial/energy projects. Proficiency in work permit systems, LOTO procedures, confined space entry protocols, hot work regulations along with holding a General K3 Expert certificate or its equivalent will be advantageous. Strong communication skills for effective field communication and report writing are essential. Experience in conducting internal inspections and audits is preferred. Flexibility to be stationed at project sites and work shifts when necessary along with proficiency in office applications for reporting purposes are also required.
