We are currently seeking a dedicated HSE Operational professional to join our team in Indonesia, specifically in North Sumatra, Kisaran. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and implementing control measures effectively. Monitoring compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures will be a key aspect of this role. Leading toolbox meetings to provide safety guidance before commencing work activities will also be part of the responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or equivalent fields, along with at least 3 years of experience as an HSE professional in industrial or energy projects. Proficiency in work permit systems, LOTO (Lockout Tagout), confined space protocols, hot work procedures is required. Strong communication skills for clear field directives and report writing are essential. Additionally, the ability to conduct internal inspections and audits confidently is crucial. Willingness to be stationed at project locations and work shifts when necessary is expected.
