We are currently seeking a diligent Supervisor Ruang Kontrol to join us in Kisaran, North Sumatra, Indonesia. In this role, you will execute tasks following company procedures, coordinate with relevant teams for workflow efficiency, compile regular reports for superiors, maintain orderly work documentation, propose process improvements, support project activities as required, ensure policy compliance, and complete job-related administrative tasks promptly.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of related experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency with computers, teamwork abilities, time management expertise, punctuality, and willingness to work on-site are essential qualifications for this position. Proficiency in coordination, administration, communication, time management skills, and reporting will be advantageous.
