We are currently seeking a diligent Superintendent Operasi to join our team in Indonesia, Papua. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating process facilities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, reporting any abnormal conditions to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data, coordinating with maintenance during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and attending safety briefings before each shift.
The ideal candidate should possess an SMK/D3 degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification, with previous experience in process facility operations considered a plus. Proficiency in understanding SOPs and workplace safety protocols is crucial.
