We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional for our operations in Indonesia, specifically in Riau, Dumai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting hazard identification and risk assessment in work areas, overseeing compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), work permits, and daily safety procedures. Leading toolbox meetings and providing safety guidance before commencing work are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, reviewing Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Task Risk Assessment (TRA) from contractors to ensure field mitigation measures are implemented is essential.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent fields, along with at least 3 years of experience as an HSE professional in industrial/energy projects. Proficiency in work permit systems, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry procedures, and hot work protocols is required. Strong communication skills for field interactions and report writing are necessary. The ability to conduct internal inspections and audits, willingness to work on-site as needed, including shift work if required, and proficiency in office applications for reporting purposes are also key qualifications we seek.
