As part of our team at Eastern Basin Energy, we are currently seeking a Field & Production Operator to join us at our site in Batam, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities of this role include operating process facilities following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring operational parameters, making necessary adjustments, reporting any abnormal conditions to supervisors, conducting routine equipment checks, recording daily production data accurately, coordinating with maintenance teams during disruptions, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and participating in safety briefings before each shift.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum qualification of SMK/D3 in Engineering or its equivalent. Previous experience in process facility operations would be an added advantage. A strong understanding of SOPs and workplace safety protocols is essential. The ability to work shifts diligently, pay attention to detail when reading instruments, communicate effectively within a team environment, adhere strictly to procedures, and maintain operational records are key skills required for this role.
